Building a Regenerative Lifestyle

We started our farm small, and much earlier than expected, right smack in the middle of a global pandemic in the fall of 2020. The need for fresh, local food was glaringly obvious and we did our best to grow and raise nutrient-dense food for our community as fast as we could and we haven’t looked back! My husband, Chris, and I met working in Austin's service industry in the early 2000s. We went from hotlines, ticket printers, and late nights, to trying our hands at our own restaurant and eventually starting a family. While we don't have the restaurant anymore, we came away with a passion for local food, old foodways, and teaching others, especially future farmers and farm supporters.
